This covers a factory visit by our team to evaluate the product you wish to source, along with sampling from multiple vendors. (Note: Any costs incurred for samples will be charged at actuals—some may be complimentary depending on the supplier.) Upon finalizing the order, the consultation fee will be fully adjusted against your total order value.
Within two weeks of receiving the consultation fee, we’ll source the product as per your specifications and deliver it to your doorstep for approval.
Our on-ground experts in Brazil, India, and China will manage the complete documentation process for customs clearance and provide end-to-end logistics support to ensure timely delivery to your destination. While imports can be made using your own license, a service charge of 5% will apply on the total product value.

While payment terms may vary depending on the sourced product, we typically require a 30% advance along with the purchase order. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch from the manufacturing country
